Raising money for our work

This year we aim to raise £17.5 million from our shops to support the vital work of Cancer Research UK. With your support we can reach our target and continue beating cancer.

Cancer Research UK is the largest single funder of cancer research in the UK and the world's largest charity dedicated to cancer research.

Over the last thirty years, cancer survival rates have doubled. Our work has been at the heart of that progress.

What we do

Our work is extremely wide-ranging – from investing in research into cancer to getting involved with public policy.

We support research into all aspects of cancer through the work of more than 4,500 scientists, doctors and nurses across the UK, to achieve our vision – together we will beat cancer.

Who your support helps

The money we raise really does help change lives.

Dawn Morgan was diagnosed with breast cancer only nine months after her beautiful boy Zane was born.

"I had my baby son in my arms when they told me I had cancer – it was a terrible shock."

After a successful mastectomy and lymph node removal operation, Dawn celebrated her five-year clear earlier this year.

Dawn generously continues to give her time to work with Cancer Research UK to raise awareness of breast cancer.
